Taliesha Hill holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She completed her clinical training in several mental health settings, including a community mental health agency, a private clinic, a hospital inpatient program and an advocacy group for refugees and victims of human trafficking. Taliesha was also a staff psychotherapist at the Center for Contextual Change where she received training in the Contextual Change Model and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Taliesha believes that transformation and growth happen within the context of a collaborative relationship, where internal and external resources are identified and developed. She understands that while relationships can be wounding, they can also be healing. These beliefs, along with compassion and empathy, are the foundation of her work with clients.
