Introduction

My name is Talia Toback and I am the owner of Restorative Wellness Therapy. I am credentialed as a Licensed Independent Social Worker- Clinical Practice in South Carolina. I earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from New York University in 2021. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from different backgrounds of race, ethnicity, gender, and sexual orientation. I am passionate about helping people develop hope and meaning in their lives and working together to create an individualized plan to meet their goals. My approach to therapy is strengths-based and person-centered with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. I have training in trauma-focused care as well as with helping those that struggle with depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem, stress, relationships, anger-management, and grief.
