Introduction

Hi, I’m Talia Renner, and I’m passionate about guiding others through their healing journey. My interest in mental health counseling began with a fascination with body language and how our bodies communicate beyond words. Over time, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the connection between mind, body, and soul and how trauma, anxiety, and life’s challenges affect every aspect of who we are. I’m committed to helping clients break through barriers by addressing the whole self—helping you align with your true self and move toward healing. I specialize in complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, with a strong focus on somatic therapy and spiritual healing. I draw on DBT, CBT, Gestalt, and existential philosophy to create a comprehensive approach to healing. I believe that we cannot simply address one part of a person and expect lasting change; we need to consider all of the layers—emotional, biological, familial, spiritual, and beyond. I start with foundational skills, giving clients tools they can use right away and then gently guiding them to explore the deeper layers of their past to free themselves from old patterns. I want you to feel empowered by your therapy experience—leaving not just with tools for coping but with a deep understanding of yourself. I want you to trust your internal truth compass and live authentically, aligned with your unique purpose. Whether you seek healing from trauma, navigating a life transition, or seeking more meaning, I’m here to support your journey and offer a safe space for growth. I believe that each challenge is an opportunity for growth, and I’m here to help you find your “why”—because once you know your why, you can conquer any how.
