Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Professional Counselor providing individual therapy and couples therapy to adults in New York, Connecticut, Florida and Pennsylvania. Utilizing an integrated therapeutic approach, I empower my clients to gain deeper insight into their inner dynamics, guiding them toward achieving positive, meaningful changes in their daily lives. My therapeutic approach is warm and client-centered. Together, we will cultivate a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship to delve into your current behaviors, beliefs, and the impact of past experiences on your emotional well-being. I draw upon a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-based therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. These techniques aim to foster insight into the underlying causes of distress, and to recognize and break unhealthy patterns that may hinder progress in your present life. Through a tailored therapeutic approach, I support clients in exploring their attachments, experiences, and relationships, encouraging self-introspection. I believe that self-awareness is key to achieving behavioral change and can pave the way for clients to lead more fulfilling lives.
