Introduction

Life is hard! Are you feeling overwhelmed or unable to cope with your emotions? Do you find yourself stuck in repetitive patterns or behaviors you want to change? Do you feel disconnected from others or struggle with relationships? Are you questioning your identity, purpose, or direction in life? If you've answered yes to any of these questions, you may be ready for therapy! I was inspired to become a therapist in childhood when I realized that many people that had the same experiences and identities as me had difficulty expressing and experiencing the realities of mental health and illness. I bring a blend of perspectives, with a strong focus on embracing overall acceptance through somatics, narrative therapy, person-centered therapy and REBT. I'll help you explore stressors by weaving in bits of my journey, insights from my training, and humor to create a safe space aimed at nurturing your personal growth. Our work together will be guided by your goals and strengths!
