Together we can work to identify and work through barriers to peace and contentment. I approach each individual with cultural humility and openness, and recognize that starting therapy or working with a new provider can be very difficult. I work hard to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can increase self-awareness, build on individual strengths and wisdom, and develop resources needed to create change.
