Tahjae is a compassionate and dedicated therapist with a strong foundation in social work, clinical care, and mental health advocacy. With a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from East Carolina University. Tahjae has extensive experience providing mental health support and crisis intervention to diverse population aged 13-40 for issues such as anxiety, depression, grief counseling, relationship challenges, behavioral issues, stress management, and identity development. Tahjae’s therapeutic approach combines evidence-based practices, such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques. Tahjae is dedicated to fostering a holistic approach to healing, growth, and resilience in every client they serve.
