In my 10+ years of experience in the mental health field, I have seen so many people feel utterly alone and lost. Connecting to the right person at the right time is the key. I would like to see if I can be that person for you. First, we will meet for an initial intake to get to know each other and identify therapy goals. Then, we will go through a thorough question-and-answer process and figure out what you are looking for; I will answer your questions and decide if we are the right fit for each other. If we are, we will map out a path, and together, we will embark on your journey of self-discovery and growth. We will use techniques from various therapeutic approaches to help you uncover a more authentic, content, and peaceful you. And most importantly, we will work together to help you feel more connected to yourself and the world around you.
