Introduction

As a therapist, I’ve learned the importance of utilizing multiple therapeutic approaches. "Even trees need to lean". This means I approach mental health by utilizing multiple therapeutic measures to ensure structurally sound, effective treatments. My approaches range from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. Facilitating emotional space this in the therapeutic environment allows clients to be an active participant in treatment and become the narrator of their lives.
