Introduction

Sydney has experience treating folks struggling with depression, anxiety, women's issues, peripartum mental health, parenting, birth trauma, relationships, attachment, self growth and self awareness, and addiction recovery. Sydney is EMDR trained and has a passion for helping folks heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing therapy goals. Sydney partners with folks who want to "reinvent" themselves due to significant life transitions such as job loss, break-up/divorce, addiction, codependency and more.
