Hi there! I'm Sydnee, a former middle school teacher and a current licensed mental health counselor associate who’s all about helping you heal holistically—mind, body, and soul. As a former teacher, I am passionate about helping teens, educators, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, emotions, trauma, and life adjustments. My approach blends cognitive behavioral therapy with mindfulness practices, focusing on untangling issues rooted in your past to help you heal from within. We will work together to identify and address cognitive distortions and automatic negative thinking, which can occur based on certain life experiences.
