Introduction

I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, self-harm, obsessive – compulsive disorders and behavioral concerns impacting adults, couples and children. I assist children and adults in building skills for concerns that cause them distress. For my work with couples, I utilize Gottman Couples therapy to help couples decrease their conflict and to improve their ability to face life's challenges as a team. I see clients in-person at our Jersey City office and provide telehealth to clients across NJ. I work Tuesday to Saturday and offer daytime, evening, and weekend appointments.
