Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with more than two decades of experience. I am licensed to see clients in Texas, Colorado and Idaho and am exclusively providing telehealth sessions. I have worked in non-profit, inpatient and outpatient settings, schools, retreat formats and private practice. My strengths are in: trauma and attachment, parenting, foster care and adoption, military life, relationships, and personal growth issues from an interpersonal and neurobiological perspective. Outside of behavioral health care and in my free time, I enjoy cooking, travel, sports, and movies.
