Introduction

If your struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, interpersonal relationship struggles, self esteem, substance use, occupational conflict, PTSD, and everyday stressors I would be honored to help on your journey to feeling better. I am passionate about working with adolescents and young adults as transition during these stages can be very difficult. I have been working for over twenty years with children, adolescents, adults and and families from all walks of life. I believe in a Person Centered Approach, where the client is able to lead on what they would like to work on or discuss. My goal is to create a safe, judgement free environment that will give my client the support and tools they need to lead a successful, fulfilling life as they see it for themselves. I want my client to feel heard and understood.
