Introduction

We counsel individuals, couples and families regarding parenthood, relationship issues, or significant life changes. We are both certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. Paula and Suzanne earned their Master's in social work from the University of Chicago. Paula Casas, L.C.S.W, is Colombian-American and speaks Spanish. She has over 20 years experience supporting people through grief and loss and healing from trauma. She is trained in EMDR and also has advanced training working with older adults and pregnant and postpartum women. Suzanne Roth, L.S.W., has extensive experience working with adolescents, pregnant and postpartum women, and couples. She has advanced training in perinatal mental health, working with LGBTQIA+ youth and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
