Introduction

My first career as a teacher develops my empathetic and encouraging approach to counseling all while bringing humor and authenticity to sessions. I focus on the unique ways we learn and experience life, while providing a safe space for you to sift through behaviors and feelings that may be holding you back. I specialize in adoption, single parenting, adolescents, first responders, and multicultural families as these are rooted in my own personal experiences and growth. I am a passionate Peace and Justice facilitator who engages others in principles and practices that explore, advocate and honor the dignity of self, others and the earth. Please contact me to set up a free phone consultation to see if we're a good fit so you can meet yourself in the here and now.
