I am a seasoned mental health and substance abuse counselor committed to helping adults and adolescents work through, cope with and thrive in their lives while facing mental health struggles. My work focuses on targeting thoughts, behaviors, communication issues, self-concept struggles, mood and relationship concerns that may be plaguing my clients. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their mental health goals in a respectful and supportive counseling environment. I’m passionate about creating a safe and respectful space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings and resolve the barriers that may be blocking them from achieving the healthy and happy lives they strive to live.
