Introduction

As a psychotherapist, I understand that there are many different paths to healing and living your best life. Psychotherapy and counseling are about building a trusting relationship between you and your therapist and making a connection through your journey of change and growth within yourself and your relationships. I work with individuals, families, and, couples. I work with people who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and stress. I work with couples that have experienced disappointments in their relationships and have forgotten the importance of liking their significant other even though the love exists. As your therapist, you and I can process your history and what your past means to you, explore those feelings, and how they impact you and your relationships today. Allowing yourself to open up glancing backward but not staying there will allow you to transition To Become A Butterfly being your best person seeing the beauty in you and your relationships. Our contact allows learning coping mechanisms to get you through tough times, not over them. Couples learn to like each other again so they can rebirth their relationships. The necessary skills are taught to manage feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress. Coping strategies are developed through teaching stress reduction and change of thinking patterns.
