I take an educational approach to therapy and encourage you to learn more about the kind of work we will do together. My primary approach is a blend of the more traditional Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Relational Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy as well as integrative modalities like mindfulness- and body-based practices, guided imagery and EFT Tapping that emphasize focusing on strengths.
