Introduction

I enjoy working with clients who feel marginalized by society (especially the LGBTQIA+ Community), those who have complex trauma histories, and clients seeking support with grief and loss. I base my practice around the use of empathy and empowerment. I also utilize a variety of evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Person- Centered Therapy. My style is warm, casual, and down-to-earth. I am radically body positive and supportive of the LGBTQIA+ community.
