Introduction

Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, Gottman Method-Level 3 Training, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner I believe the single most important condition for an effective therapeutic experience is the connection between the Therapist and Client. This connection should be one of respect, safety and with an emphasis on growth and movement towards a more healthy place for the client. I believe that God is present within each and every session as well, and I trust His guidance and ultimate direction and wisdom. Much of our emotional suffering is rooted in the struggle to reconcile our unexpected and painful experiences (both past and present) with our desire for a fulfilling and happy life. At times, we find that the ways we previously made sense of life no longer fit. These difficult seasons face us all with the challenge and opportunity to find and create meaning in spite of chaos. Even in the midst of sorrow we can discover how to embrace the moments of peace and deepen our capacity for joy. Through the therapeutic encounter, I seek to cultivate a supportive environment that facilitates the gaining of deeper self-awareness while collaborating toward more authentic and satisfying engagement in relationships with others. Contact me to determine if we are a good fit to help you get where you desire to be!
