Introduction

Helping people to address the pain, questions and ughs of life, parenting (including to your own parent!) or finding work-life balance is what I do. I also help engaged couples to build strong foundations for the future and managers to know themselves so that they can grow their skills and staff. But, while insight is interesting and helpful, it doesn’t resolve things. So, with a nod to your past, we’ll roll up our sleeves and actively work on your present. I’ll listen (a lot), ask pithy questions (its a therapist thing) and make a safe space for you to just be. While you might tear up sometimes, you'll be surprised how often we might also laugh.
