When overwhelming things happen, it can be hard to know what will help and where to start. I honor your courage in considering therapy. My approach is collaborative and supportive. As a seasoned therapist, I offer evidenced based treatments in a safe, warm, and hope-filled space to help my clients recover from grief and loss, PTSD and complex trauma, depression and anxiety, and other life challenges. I offer somatic and cognitive therapeutic approaches to support your healing. I am a certified Provider of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), am nationally certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT), am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), am training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Level 1 completed), and am IFS Informed. These types of therapy have been proven effective in helping people overcome difficult experiences. I serve older adolescents and adults. I offer telehealth to support both those with busy lives and those living in rural areas for whom in person therapy sessions who not otherwise be possible. I support client resilence and healing by creating a caring, confidential, and safe environment using culturally responsive practices.
