Through communication in person or via distance counseling, I offer the warmth and understanding that is needed to develop a trusting and professional relationship with clients. Often clients contact me telling me about a specific problem they are having and once we meet, we discover other challenges to work through. Accepting that our own insight can't always solve our problems is a start to healing. As a JourneyDance facilitator, yoga instructor and meditation trainer, I offer skill building in breathing methods, light movement and mini-meditations for those that feel comfortable with these techniques.
