Introduction

As a therapist that identifies as a 50+ years old, queer, cis female, I've experienced many stumbles and obstacles in life. It's created a passion for me to work with individual adult folx seeking out ways to alleviate their anxiety, and build self-confidence. I'm licensed for Iowa (LMHC) and Illinois (LCPC) as well as being a National Certified Counselor through the NBCC. I offer late afternoon and evening availability Mondays and Tuesdays, as well as telehealth and in-person sessions. In addition to offering sessons for persons with anxiety and self-esteem issues, I work with folx looking for gender identity and trans support, and work on their professional and personal relationships.
