I am a licensed professional counselor and school psychologist with over 15 years experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I believe the therapeutic relationship is an important component of the therapy process and provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment to help facilitate growth and positive change. I employ techniques from CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness to help clients develop a better awareness of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and to develop coping skills to improve symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD, and executive function deficits.
