Introduction

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with 30 years of experience working primarily with women who have an eating disorder and individuals dealing with trauma. I am trained in EMDR which is an evidenced based treatment used to process trauma. Additionally, I use psychodrama, an experiential type of therapy to work with parts of the self, such as the critical voice, the perfectionistic part, the saboteur, or the eating disorder part.
