I love assisting clients in feeling more confident in their lives, handling emotional and mental stressors with greater ease, and developing a repertoire of coping skills to find their center under pressure. I am credentialed with most major insurances and also offer a self-pay rate. I am a gender-affirming therapist and have completed certification requirements with WPATH. I use a blend of cognitive therapy, motivational interviewing, and EMDR in my approach. I am compassionate and will meet you where you are in your wellness journey.
