Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. After over a decade of providing counseling services, I have found therapeutic strategies that are healing and lead to real growth and change. I am passionate about guiding adolescents and adults in growth and healing. My goal is to make healing accessible, affordable, and private. Counseling is offered in-person or by telehealth. Stepping out of the medical model allows clients to focus on healing and wellness in an environment that is comfortable and personalized to individual needs. If privacy is important to you, private pay allows clients to be seen without requiring a diagnosis or the use of electronic health records. Upon request, I am happy to use paper charting and receipts that are kept safe and secure in my office. If you would like to seek reimbursement from your insurance carrier, I am happy to provide the necessary information so that you may do so.
