Introduction

It is both a great honor and a great responsibility to walk alongside someone as they navigate their life journey. Whether you are looking to manage stress, learn how to regulate intense and overwhelming emotions, change ineffective behaviors, heal from trauma, or explore your sense of meaning and purpose in this life, I would be honored to support you in realizing your goals. I use an inclusive, collaborative, supportive and strengths-based approach and rely both on my clinical experience as well as evidence-based treatments to customize a treatment plan with you. I believe that the therapeutic alliance is a relationship between equals. This means that we will collaborate. You are the expert on you, so you will educate me on your history, experience, values, and goals; I will provide psychoeducation, support, professional guidance, as well as tools and strategies that you can put into practice immediately. The sessions may not always be comfortable or easy, and it may take some time to experience the changes you seek, but I will be with you each step of the way. I look forward starting our work together as soon as you are ready.
