Introduction

I am a warm, compassionate and intuitive therapist integrating a blend of approaches and trained in a range of techniques to support diverse client needs. I aim to create a safe, accepting space for growth, healing and problem-solving. I want to help you build self-awareness & mindfulness so that you can manage and live a more healthy, balanced life. I take a holistic approach & encourage exploration of both the past & present. Treatment is individualized, depending on your needs & goals. I have a casual, down to earth, integrative approach to therapy. I trust that what needs to be addressed will naturally reveal itself and want you to build that same trust in yourself. We naturally strive towards wholeness and balance; we just need the right support and guidance. My hope is that you will take away a feeling of being understood, accepted, and validated for who you are and who you can become on this journey that is your life! To become more mindful of yourself and others in your life and have the understanding needed to live your life with more choices, increased joy and peace, and an ability to deal with life's inevitable struggles with less suffering.
