Introduction

Greetings! Welcome to Turner Therapy and Wellness, LLC. My name is Susan, and I'm the founder of Turner Therapy and Wellness. We're a team of Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors, which is a fancy way of saying we help clients through the process of mental and behavioral health therapy. I'm often asked why I do what I do. Though the details of that answer have changed over my 15 years of working in the field, the core has remained the same: I do what I do because I care about people, and I believe in the power of healing, and positive change. The therapeutic "formula" is relatively standard: assess, evaluate, diagnose, treat. While our therapeutic approach is rooted in these evidence-based practices, we facilitate a personalized experience, tailored to each client's individual needs. Through providing a safe and nurturing space, we will explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in order to better navigate the complexities of your life, foster hope, and facilitate the positive change you are seeking. Our goal is to guide you toward self-discovery, and facilitate your journey towards self-acceptance, empowering you to lead the happy, healthy, fulfilling life you deserve. Through our therapeutic partnership, we will explore your strengths, uncover your resilience, and pave the way for a brighter, more hopeful future. Your mental health matters, and we're honored to be a part of your journey. Hope you have a blessed day, and we look forward to hearing from you soon! All the best, Susan
