I'm an immigrant, mother, military spouse and woman...and those things alone make me unique. I am an unconventional therapist that can break things down in simple terms rather than clinical jargon, while still providing therapeutic support. A lot of times we steer away from therapy because it feels like a place of judgement and vulnerability that we're not ready for. My goal is to help my clients feel comfortable and supported as we work together. I want to help women feel empowered and have the courage to advocate for themselves. The glass ceilings were meant to be broken! My ideal client is someone that is willing to put in the work to help make changes in their own life. Anyone can come and talk for one hour a week, but the real effort and magic happens when you're able to take the information learned in therapy and add it to your everyday life. It's amazing to see clients use their insight and reframing to make changes in their day-to-day life.
