I enjoy working with individuals who are open and ready to work for what they need. They may need assistance coping with daily stress or transitioning to a different stage of life. My hope is that we can work together to establish achievable goals and identify strategies that will be effective for you as an individual. I am specifically trained in Neurofeedback, EMDR, DBT, CBT, solution focused, trauma-informed, and integrating somatic practices, such as yoga, into therapy. I believe in meeting the individual where they are and using therapeutic techniques that are the most useful in their unique situation. The idea of starting therapy can be overwhelming and scary. My goal is to help you feel comfortable expressing what is on your mind and identify what you would like to process and work through together. EMDR therapy intensives available by request.
