My therapeutic approach embraces the whole person, integrating mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I draw from mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), humanistic psychology, narrative therapy, positive psychology, Jungian Psychology and somatic techniques to support you in strengthening emotional regulation, while also incorporating Jungian archetypes and dream interpretation for a deeper exploration of the Self. By working with symbols, unconscious patterns, and inner narratives, we can uncover hidden strengths, and reframe limiting beliefs cultivating greater self-actualization, resiliency and joy. My practice emphasizes empowerment, emotional balance, and relational healing—I am especially passionate about supporting individuals healing from antagonistic or narcissistic relationship dynamics—whether in families, friendships, work environment or romantic partnerships—helping them reclaim their voice, improve conscious communication, strengthen self-regulation, and rebuild healthier relationships. As a certified specialist in yoga-based somatic therapy, breathwork, and meditation. I incorporate therapeutic lifestyle changes (TLC) through the Seven Pillars of Ayurvedic Health: sleep, optimal nutrition, movement and mind-body coordination, meditation, breath optimization, healthy emotions, and self-love. Through psychoeducation, sound therapy, and trauma-sensitive somatic practices, I help individuals break free from limiting thought and behavior patterns, regulate their nervous system, and cultivate deeper, more meaningful connections with themselves and others. Our sessions whether in person or online will be a safe and supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. Together, we will explore your strengths, develop practical tools for stress management, emotional regulation, and work toward greater clarity, resilience, and fulfillment. Using a neuroscience-informed, solution-focused approach, I will help you reconnect with your purpose and create a life that feels aligned and meaningful. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and wholeness.
