You are trying your best, but you are searching for more support for your child and want to learn more about how to best support them yourself. I utilize an eclectic approach to tailor therapy to your child's unique wants, needs, and qualities. Therapy is child-led, trauma-informed, and strengths based. Therapy should be collaborative, and parents are viewed as the expert of their family life. You are invited to share your insights about your child, set goals, and learn skills to support your child's development. I believe that everyone has the ability to grow into their best possible selves.
