Introduction

I began research, internships, and professional experience in substance abuse counseling complemented by yoga, specifically in adolescence and young adults, school settings, and family therapy in residential treatment centers. My passion is intensive, brief-solution oriented cognitive behavioral focus weaved through with emotion, expressive, and somatic emphasis. Beneath and beyond grief, loss, trauma, hopelessness, is still your dream, what is blocking you from pursuing that dream, and a realistic readjustment of that dream into a goal with a clear path. My hope in our work together is You find your stable footing and direction, and get back to living the life you have been building towards long before our work together.
