My work as a therapist is focused on accompanying individuals (18 years+) and couples through their struggles with life transitions, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and unprocessed trauma or difficult childhood experiences. My aim is for clients to take the change they experience in session out into their daily lives. I know that feeling heard, seen, understood, and connected to someone you trust in a safe and non-judgmental space is essential for the process of healing, finding new direction and making healthy long-lasting changes. With a warm, person-centered approach, I meet clients where they are. Using a humanistic and attachment-oriented lens I collaboratively explore the origins of difficult issues and offer coping skills toward the healthy management of emotions and life stressors.
