Introduction

Starting therapy can be a terrifying, exciting, and raw experience. I feel honored to share that with you. My approach to counseling varies based on my clients' needs and styles; however, I try to approach all of my clients with a sense of realness, compassion, and a little goofiness. I believe that finding a therapist that you feel comfortable with is an extremely important part of beginning the counseling process.
