I have experience with a variety of clients with a focus in strengths-based therapeutic approaches to help create a comfortable environment to help clients achieve the change they want. I believe relationships are a vital aspect of our lives and are an important factor in an individual’s mental health. I have a range of experiences that have given me the skills that are necessary to work with families, couples, and individuals. I work to help my clients address challenging and difficult topics in ways that strengthens their current relationships. I have an assortment of interventions and therapy techniques to match the style of various clients. I understand making the decision to begin therapy can be difficult and at times feel overwhelming.
