Introduction

Are you or your child struggling to navigate life transitions, grappling with stress, confronting depression, handling anxiety, dealing with trauma, and or fighting addiction? Do these challenges significantly impact your relationships, career, and everyday life? Rest assured, I'm committed to providing support and guiding you toward realizing that hope is not just conceivable, but attainable. My method is grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed therapies, with an emphasis on EMDR, DBT, and IFS techniques. Further trained in ketamine assisted psychotherapy to enhance the healing experience. Together, we will delve into and address the underlying causes of your distress, setting the stage for profound healing and personal growth. As a trauma healing therapist, I help clients heal from shame, fear, and confusion to develop a better relationship with themselves and with others. Trained in EMDR, and IFS. I support individuals in managing trauma symptoms, including Complex PTSD. I employ mindfulness to teach self-regulation of emotions and to cultivate intimacy with oneself.
