CBT is strongly supported in the professional literature as having verifiable evidence of success. As a Christian, I like the emphasis CBT has on the importance of building truth into our lives and how important it is to speak truth to ourselves. I have extensive experience in helping children, adolescents, and adults overcome challenges in their lives.
