Introduction

I am a board-certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist licensed in Oregon and California. I see patients for both therapy and medication management, working through a trauma-informed, holistic lens to help you optimize your health and well-being. I have extensive training in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic therapies, focusing on how early development and attachments influence longer-term patterns in relationships both with others and with ourselves. I have also served in leadership and development roles over many years with considerable experience working with trauma (both complex trauma and PTSD); LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming care; substance use disorders; eating disorders; diversity and cross-cultural mental health. Contact me by clicking the link above to schedule an introductory call so we can talk more about working together. I look forward to being a part of your journey! I am in network with several insurances in Oregon (see below), and I see patients both virtually via Telehealth throughout Oregon and in person In the Portland area. I am not contracted with any insurance providers in California, but I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement for out of network expenses if covered by your insurance. I only meet with patients in California by Telehealth at this time.
