Introduction

One of the most important things about choosing a therapist is finding someone you can identify with. Counseling is a second career for me, after spending 22 years in retail management, among other things. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on life that I use to help others who are struggling. I've known hard times, just like you have. I've been married and divorced. I've struggled to pay my bills. I've known depression and anxiety. I have faced my own issues in life and come out stronger on the other side. I'd like to help you do the same.
