Introduction

I bring a nurturing and trauma-informed approach, utilizing expressive methods that engage and empower. With a focus on strength, resiliency, and connection, I provide a safe, judgment-free space for couples to explore resolutions, prevent exacerbation of problems, or offer support during periods of transition or increased stress. Specializing in neurodiverse relationships, I empathize with the challenges couples face and help them improve communication, manage expectations, and build trust. My diverse experience includes working with individuals, couples, and families of different cultures and ethnicities, as well as expertise in areas such as children, separation, depression, and trauma. Ultimately, my goal is to empower clients to lead happier, healthier lives by fostering emotional connections, resilience, and personal growth.
