Introduction

Hi, I am a LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) and a practicing Ordained Minister. I am licensed in Vermont and accept most insurance. I work with clients of all ages and spiritual or religious beliefs, helping them to identify mental health solutions that improve their daily functioning TODAY, not in some distant future. Over the years, I have worked with persons with issues rooted in anxiety, depression, addiction, ADHD, trauma, family systems, spirituality, and other mental health areas. My clients tell me that I am a good, compassionate listener who provides practical advice so that they might become a better version of themselves.
