Introduction

Hi! My name is Stephen and I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 14 years of experience providing therapy service to children, families, parents, and adults coping with a wide range of challenges including depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I also have training in trauma-focused therapy and have extensive experience working with clients dealing with painful life experiences. I work to create a therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe and comfortable with sharing thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of being judged. I find that self-compassion and self-acceptance are critical for personal growth, and I focus a lot of attention on making sure that you feel heard, seen, and accepted for who you are.
