Now more than ever, youth are battling feelings of isolation, fear, anger, and sadness that may be affecting them in ways they can’t understand. While dealing with these feelings can be very disheartening at times, it is important that you know that you are not alone. For several years I have worked as a mental health specialist for youth in school systems, medical facilities, and residential treatment programs. My passion revolves around providing young people, like yourself, a space to be themselves, share their thoughts and ideas, and work through the issues that matter to them.
