I specialize in a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and body-focused repetitive behaviors. I have experience providing therapy at the inpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care. As a result, my counseling approach is eclectic to include, cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, exposure response prevention (ERP), & eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR). Life can feel chaotic and overwhelming. I am here to walk with you as we work together to process through the things that feel unbearable – you don’t have the bear these things alone!
