Introduction

Are you feeling weighed down by intrusive thoughts, trauma, or anxiety? I get it. What if I told you that you don’t have to carry that weight all alone? If you are reading this, I am so proud of you for taking this first step to prioritize your mental and emotional needs. Starting therapy can feel daunting at times. I offer a safe and supportive environment to talk about the things that feel heavy, painful, and confusing. I specialize in a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and body-focused repetitive behaviors. I have experience providing therapy at the inpatient and intensive outpatient (IOP) levels of care. As a result, my counseling approach is eclectic to include, cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, exposure response prevention (ERP), & eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR). Life can feel chaotic and overwhelming. I am here to walk with you as we work together to process through the things that feel unbearable – you don’t have the bear these things alone! Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me to set up a time to meet. Together we will work to create a plan geared towards healing, support, and positive change.
